Welcome to xmWEB

xmWEB™ is part of MicroMain Corporation’s MicroMain XM™ computerized maintenance management suite of products. With xmWEB, anyone in your maintenance facility can submit a work request to MicroMain XM and check its status from a remote location using a web browser.

 

xmWEB performs three basic functions:

 

  1. Logging into MicroMain XM from a browser.

Any browser can be used to connect to xmWEB, with the URL provided by the xmWEB administrator.

 

  1. Submitting work requests to MicroMain XM and creating new work orders.

When you submit a work request using xmWEB, it automatically creates a new work order in MicroMain XM, where it is ready to be assigned and issued to an employee in your maintenance department. Additionally, an email notification is sent to a predefined MicroMain XM user when you submit a work request.

 

  1. Viewing the current status of the work orders created in MicroMain XM.

Using a Requester Email to identify who submitted an xmWEB work request, you can view the status of the work orders created in MicroMain XM. xmWEB allows you to check the updated status of all of your work requests at any time.
