Click the View Status link to open the Work Request Status page.
Enter your email address in the Email field.
Use the controls on the page to select criteria for the work orders you want to view:
Email Address(Required) - Enter the email address of the person who submitted the work request.
Property (Required)– Select the name of the property assigned to the submitted work requests.
Building - Select the name of the Building associated with the Property assigned to the submitted work request.
Asset – Select the name of the asset assigned to the submitted work requests.
Status – Select the current status of the work orders you wish to view.
Click the Update View button to apply the filters and process your request.
The page refreshes and returns a list of the work orders created in MicroMain XM™ based on your criteria.
View basic work order information on the displayed list.
View detailed work order information by clicking a specific work order's Number. This opens the Work Request Details pop-up window. Close the window to return to the list of work requests.
Use the links on the left sidebar of the page to access other xmWEB features:
Create Work Request – Click this link to return to the New Work Request page and enter a new work request.
View Status – Click this link to re-enter optional criteria for the work orders you want to view or view requests submitted by a different Requester Email.
Help – Click this link to open the xmWEB help file.
Change Password – Use this option to change the password on your login account.
Logout - Click this link, at the top right-hand corner of the web page to logout of the xmWEB site.
